DELIVERY POLICY
We make every possible effort to personally deliver your purchase to the requested recipient but sometimes this is not possible. For a delivery to a residence, it is sometimes necessary to leave it in a safe area or with a neighbor. For a delivery to a business, hospital or school, it is customary to leave it at a reception desk if one is provided.
While we recognize that most deliveries are meant to be a surprise, it is sometimes necessary to contact the recipient to get further delivery instructions so phone numbers are appreciated. It is our belief that it is more important for the delivery to be successfully completed.
For deliveries outside of our local area, we request all orders be placed before 10:00 AM of the recipient’s time zone. Each florist is an independent business and each florist sets their own delivery cut-off times and therefore it is impossible to state with certainty what the exact delivery cut-off time will be. Seldom does a florist have a cut-off time prior to 10:00 AM. To reduce the risk of non-delivery during major holidays, orders should be placed 3 – 5 days before the holiday and delivered 1 – 3 days before the holiday. Major holidays are considered to be Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas. While most florists are able to get their deliveries done during normal business hours of a major holiday, it can happen that the delivery could be made as late as 9:00 PM on the actual date of the holiday. So if you order early, your gift will be sure to be on time, no matter which part of the world you may be sending to.
